About the role: 

We are looking for a computer technician with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. As a team member, you will ensure the correct operation of the IT infrastructure and answer questions, incidents and service requests related to IT issues. The candidate should be passionate about new technologies and have a dynamic approach to their daily work. This position will allow you to be an active member of the team, contributing to the smooth running of the infrastructures and solving technical problems with efficiency and autonomy.

Key responsibilities:

• Interpret, evaluate, and resolve problems reported regarding various hardware, software, and corporate systems.
• Monitor all support ticket queues; open, resolve or reassign tickets appropriately. Escalate advanced inquiries to the IT Manager.
• Onboard and offboard new and terminating employees to include equipment delivery, setup, software installation, and equipment return.
• Maintain current records of problem tickets and their resolutions in the required database.
• Stay informed and current with all procedures for systems and equipment, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
• Maintain inventory records of all assigned equipment.
• Collaboration with other areas.

Requirements:

• FP (Sup.): Computer Systems Administration.
• O365 Admin Experience.
• Windows and Linux server maintenance (AD, DC, FS, DNS, DHCP).
• Multiplatform experience (Mac, Linux and Windows).
• Networking (Firewall, Routing, Switch, EDR, Segmentation, Antennas, Troubleshooting).
• English: B2.
