About the role:

We are looking for an IT technician with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. As a team member, you will ensure the correct operation of the IT infrastructure and answer questions, incidents and service requests related to IT issues.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage network infrastructure.

• Manage Microsoft O 365 services

• Administer on-premises infrastructure (AD, DNS, DHCP, file services, backups, etc.).

• Manage the full lifecycle of user devices, from onboarding to offboarding.

• Maintain clear and useful technical documentation for internal teams and support processes.

• Handle support tickets with ownership, ensuring timely resolution and proper escalation when needed.

• Collaborate closely with other teams to deliver a high-quality IT service.

Requirements:

• FP (Sup.) ASIR

• Networking knowledge, ideally in Fortinet environments (switching, routing, VLANs, segmentation, ACLs, firewalls and VPNs).

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange Online, Defender, Intune, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)

• Experience managing Windows and Linux servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, file services, etc.).

• Comfortable working in multiplatform environments (Windows, Linux, macOS).

• English level: B2.
