About the role:
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our Marketing & Sales department and help grow CENTUM's presence across the Emergency, Security and Defence markets. You will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with international customers and partners, and supporting the full commercial cycle alongside our Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a career in international business development within a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
Identify, research and qualify new business opportunities across our target markets, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
Respond to and follow up on first contacts, whether from channel partners or end customers.
Proactively prospect and engage key decision-makers.
Support the full sales cycle.
Contribute to the identification and preparation of tenders and bids, in coordination with the commercial and technical teams.
Represent CENTUM at international trade shows.
Gather market intelligence (competitors, trends, opportunities) to inform our commercial strategy.
Keep CRM data, pipeline and activity tracking accurate and up to date.
Requirements:
University degree: Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, International Business or equivalent.
You will be the first contact that our customers will have, for this reason; good communication skills are essential.
At least 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales or a commercial role, ideally in a B2B/B2G, technology or defence-related environment.
Technology-oriented: Our products are based on high-tech solutions, and we would like that you feel comfortable speaking about systems for rescuing missing people based on mobile geolocation.
Results-driven and motivated to build a career in international business development.
We are looking for proactive, enthusiastic and organized team players.
English level C1 or bilingual is a must: It is the day-by-day language for engaging international customer.

Other skills:
Experience or knowledge of CRM platforms and automation tools is a plus.
