About the role:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help shape our product strategy and guide products through their full lifecycle, from concept and planning to delivery and ongoing improvement. Your mission will be to transform ideas into market-leading products and services that generate revenue.
You will work closely with the Product Area, Engineering, PMO, Marketing & Sales and other internal stakeholders to lead the end-to-end development of new products from ideation to market launch.
Key responsibilities:
Design value propositions, define product strategy, and manage the roadmap.
Gain a deep understanding of customers, their needs, and market opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to define, develop, and deliver the product roadmap and vision for your product area, aligned with the company’s mission and goals.
Act as a product advocate within the organization, providing leadership, answering questions, and making informed decisions when needed.
Validate product ideas and features to achieve strong product-market fit.
Drive product profitability, scalability, and effective portfolio management.
Take ownership of product goals and KPIs, ensuring accountability and commitment to company objectives.
Requirements:
University degree, preferably in Telecommunications, Aeronautical, Electrical, or Computer Science Engineering.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with Customer Development and Lean Startup methodologies.
Strong understanding of technology, including both hardware and software, and the ability to understand core concepts and their implications.
Knowledge and experience across technology, business, and user experience.
Experience defining, managing, and prioritizing product requirements.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Resilience and the ability to manage pressure while handling and prioritizing a high volume of work.
Advanced English proficiency is essential, as it is our day-to-day language with providers and customers.
Soft skills:
A proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused mindset.
The ability to lead or influence cross-functional teams, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders without formal authority.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Other skills:
Knowledge of wireless communication technologies, including GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G.
Understanding of RF systems and electronics fundamentals.
Familiarity with digital signal processing and software-defined radio concepts.
Experience or interest in aerospace, mission systems, or technology solutions for Emergency, Security, Defence, and Aerospace environments is a plus.
