About the role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes to join our team.

As part of the People team, your primary focus will be supporting the company's talent acquisition strategy, contributing to the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of new team members, while also collaborating on broader People initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job analysis, profile definition and assessment, headhunting through various platforms, and conducting online and in-person interviews.

• Collaborate with other agencies to find the best candidates.

• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.

• Organize and attend job fairs and other events across Spain.

• Participate in employer branding initiatives, proposing creative ideas and supporting actions to attract and engage talent.

• Collaborate on People initiatives related to employee engagement, well-being, work-life balance and talent retention.

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, or a related field.

• Master's degree in Human Resources is a plus.

• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.

• Experience in the technology sector is highly valued.

• Experience in headhunting using tools such as LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.

• Advanced level of English, as it is the working language used daily in our international environment.
