About the role:
We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our Support team and grow with us in the exciting world of airborne systems.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to learn by doing and take an active role in helping our clients succeed while learning from real field experience.
You will be part of the team responsible for post-sales support, which means being the go-to person for our clients once they start operating our systems. From conducting training sessions and validating installations on aircraft, to analyzing missions, creating user documentation, and solving technical incidents, your work will have real impact from day one, while you continue to build up your knowledge and expertise with the support of experienced engineers.
You will also assist with demo flights, support our partners, and contribute to system simulations. These experiences will allow you to deepen your understanding of our technology and its applications in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical training to clients on how to operate our systems effectively.
- Assist in the creation of operation manuals and support documentation.
- Validate the correct installation of systems on various aircraft platforms.
- Analyze mission data and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Manage and resolve customer incidents and inquiries across levels 1, 2, and 3.
- Support our partners in the services they provide to their clients.
- Participate in demo flights and other pre-sales activities.
- Work closely with other teams to improve overall product performance.
Requirements:
- Degree/technical diploma:Telecommunications Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or any other related technical degree
- Experiencie with teamwork in academic or professional environments
- English: fluent spoken and written in English. Other languages are a plus.
- Motivated to work closely with customers and provide technical support, travel and participate in demo activities, and contribute to product improvement.

Other Skills:
- Knowledge of mobilephone networks (GSM; UMTS, LTE)
- Knowledge of electronics and RF.
- Desirable: basic use or familiarity with Linux-based systems, use of technical tools such as spectrum analyzers or other RF measurement equipment (valued, not mandatory).
