About the role:
We are looking for a Delivery Engineer with expertise in project management and/or support activities. As a team member, you will be responsible for leading the delivery phase of our aeronautical mission systems from the moment a purchase order is accepted until the customer is autonomous in their operation. You will be the technical reference throughout this process, ensuring that each system is configured, delivered, integrated, and supported according to aviation standards and customer expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the delivery project upon purchase order confirmation, coordinating with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams, and act as the project lead throughout the process.
- Oversee all technical and logistical preparations to ensure the system is ready for shipment, including configuration, software loading, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Prepare and validate ILS documentation such as compliance declarations, training materials, commissioning plans and records, and user best practices.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the customer during the delivery phase, providing both remote and on-site support as needed.
- Participating in the support services and on-site activities in the ILS area.
- Gather customer feedback and field insights to suggest continuous improvements in system performance, documentation, and deployment processes.
Requirements:
- Degree/technical diploma: technical background in electronics, telecommunications, aerospace, or a similar field.
- Highly recommend experience or motivation to work with mission-critical aeronautical systems.
- Familiarity with ILS concepts and aviation industry quality requirements (EN 9100 is a plus).
- English: C1 level or higher
