About the role:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations of the company, with a strong focus on procurement, production planning, logistics, and warehouse management.
The role involves optimizing supply chain processes to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of products and services. The Supply Chain Manager works closely with cross-functional teams such as Production, Support, Sales, Administration, and Engineering to ensure effective coordination across all stages of the supply chain.
Additionally, the role is responsible for monitoring supply chain performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate supply risks.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan and coordinate procurement, production planning, logistics, and inventory management activities.
Manage and optimize inventory levels to avoid shortages, excess stock, and obsolescence.
Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
Oversee purchasing activities to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices in supply chain management.
Monitor, analyze, and report key supply chain KPIs and performance indicators.
Identify and implement cost-reduction and efficiency initiatives while maintaining product quality and service levels.
Provide leadership, direction and management of the logistics, planning and purchasing team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues and continuously improve operations.
Anticipate supply risks and contribute to contingency and mitigation plans.
Requirements:
Degree in Organization Industrial Engineer or equivalent (Master recommended)
Experience minimum of 8-10 in procurement or supply chain managing
English: C1 or equivalent, need to negotiate contracts in English worldwide
Flexibility to travel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Experience in forecasting, planning, and risk management.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Soft skills:
Methodical and organized person.
Use to work in a dynamic and flexible environment.
Autonomy and responsibility
Ability to take on new challenges.
Other requirements:
Knowledge of electronics and mechanical materials.
Knowledge of supply chain software and management tools
